We had a wonderful stay in this mountain hotel. Best aspects include friendly staff, delicious food, comfortable beds, and clean rooms with available jacuzzi and steam sauna. The location was also peaceful and surrounded by beautiful landscapes. We enjoyed biking and hiking nearby.

We had a fantastic stay here. The location was breathtaking, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The hotel provided a warm welcome drink upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. The room amenities were excellent, including a flat-screen TV and a comfortable carpeted floor. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were great for relaxing and enjoying delicious food. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The leisure facilities, including the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, were a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. We also loved the sun terrace and heated swimming pool in the garden area.

This accommodation has a great location that suits both summer and winter seasons. Guests can enjoy hiking and cycling in summer while skiing in winter. the rooms and bathrooms are well-organized and clean with comfortable beds. the staff is friendly and approachable, and the sauna and jacuzzi are well-maintained and function all day long.

The staff's response to noisy guests in the restaurant is not satisfactory, leading to a discomforting experience for some guests.

The road to the hotel is very difficult to drive on, especially if you have a small car. the shower in our room was too small and the water wasn't hot enough.

Staying in the mountains was a great escape from the city. The fresh air and beautiful views made it the perfect location for outdoor activities like hiking and biking. The traditional local food was a highlight - especially the delicious pig ham and fresh vegetables. The friendly staff also made the experience even better - offering great recommendations for things to do in the area.

The last section of the road is quite bumpy and it's recommended to have an SUV to navigate it, which may be inconvenient for some guests. Occasionally, the smoke from cooking and heating was noticeable in the room.
